4. Stay of child may be complementary as per properties terms and condition.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress may be provided for triple occupancy bookings. Subject to availability for specific property.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. This may change subject to property terms and conditions.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

Our family, including small kids, enjoyed a delightful 7-night stay at Palm Bay Beach Residency. Sudarsan, the host, was incredibly pleasant and communicative even before our trip, providing excellent recommendations for yoga classes and Ayurveda massages. He also assisted us in renting a scooter, making our exploration of the area hassle-free. The property is staffed at all times, ensuring prompt assistance with any queries. We occupied one floor with three spacious, clean rooms equipped with all necessary amenities, and the AC worked flawlessly. The terrace provided a perfect spot for family gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The staff even took care of our laundry needs. With the beach just a stone’s throw away, complete with lifeguards and umbrellas/sunbed rentals, our stay was truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Palm Bay Beach Residency—it exceeded our expectations and made our vacation memorable!

I recently stayed at Palm Bay Beach Residency and was impressed by the clean, spacious rooms and the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. It's an excellent choice for a relaxing beach getaway.

Rooms are very clean! It is within walking distance to markets, restaurants and the beach. The terrace view is amazing, you can see the ocean and the cliff. The owner Mr. Sudarsan was awesome and extremely helpful. He gave a very fair rate and was available when we needed him. He even arranged a local auto driver that had very fair rates too. There was laundry service available at the property, also at a very fair rate. The housekeepers are available everyday to provide all the items we need. There was also a shared kitchen. I am extremely happy with this property and ALL the staff. Thank you so much Mr. Sudarsan for the great experience!!!!

Best stay in varkala. The host and caretaker took good care on arriving. Rooms were neat and clean. Worth for the money. near to cliff walking street.

We had a wonderful stay at the residency. The location and ambiance is superb. The rooms are clean and well arranged. We had no issues what so ever while we stayed their. The owner and staffs were kind, friendly and really helpful. We will genuinely recommend to all. Keep up the good work.
