Nice stay, room are so clean and neat

This is a very bad hotel, we had booked online from goibibo but after going there the hotel owner flatly refused and did not refund our money. We have faced a huge dilemma, do not go here even by mistake otherwise you will get nothing but regret. There are a lot of bedbugs in the beds and the dirt is too much due to which there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. We were surprised that how can there be so many bedbugs. This was a very sad incident of ours in Vizag. There's no drinking water here. I was forced to drink water from the bathroom at night out of thirst. After that, we've bought water from outside every day. There's no room service, and even when we asked for cleaning, no one responded. We had to clean ourselves with our own towels. There's a paan shop nearby, and the guy there asked us where we were staying. When we told him, he said, "Nobody comes here, not even locals, and no one from outside comes to stay here." The surprising thing was that during our one-week trip, no one else came to stay at that lodge/residence. I request you with folded hands, burn your money, donate it to a poor person, but don't stay at this Shri Ganesh Swathi Residence. I'm sending you a screenshot of my booking on GOIBIBO below. Please see it. We booked it for the January 26th offer, but upon arriving, the lodge owner flatly refused. And we received no assistance from GOIBIBO either, who flatly refused.
