Excellent Hotel with all facilities, less than 5* much more than 3* Except Swimming pool. Food is good, room service also good. The gadgets in the rooms, electrical plugs 🔌 in the rooms they need to be changed as they become old, some Tim's not working. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Though the hotel was good ,beautiful and location too was ok but they do not provide taxi services 24 hours which forced us to start our vaishno devi yatra late....as it was not at main road and there were no public transportation near it. Also being in katra, the staff should have been well informed about all the requirements for visiting the temple.....which was not the case

Jai Mata di. Excellent place to stay in Katra. Spacious rooms. Well connected. Peaceful place with all amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Good hotel. Little expensive in comparison to the age of the property. Staff is courteous. Need to have little more flexibility with the timings as people visit this place only when they go for Darshan. And the trimmings need to amend accordingly may be at. Little extra charge. Rest is fine.
