I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a night in a suite room. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and tidy, with a well-maintained bathroom. The morning breakfast offered a delightful spread of traditional Kerala cuisine, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also features a bar and excellent car parking facilities. Although the hotel itself is quite old, with a classic flooring and building structure, it's clear that the management has made a concerted effort to maintain its charm. My only gripe was with the housekeeping service, which I found to be somewhat slow and inefficient. I often had to call multiple times to request even the simplest items. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and rich ambiance. With a bit of improvement in their housekeeping services, it could truly excel.

Short 1 day stay on 22.11.25.standard ac room no 207.spacious but with old type flooring.doesnt have carpet while adjacent rooms had. An inverter was kept next to bed hence sleep got affected due to intermittant sounds from the equipment.informed this at reception during next day Also during morning heavy chitchat may be from housekeeping team outside.sounds creeping in causing disturbance Overall an average stay and nothing good to note except location

Good rooms and services. The rooms atmosphere is very impressive and the facilities provide more comfortable stay and safe feeling.

We are a couple from Ireland who stayed here for 4 days, it's a local hotel which the location is very good, rooms are very spacious and are very clean, Hotel staff cannot do enough for you, the reception staff are amazing Vipin Sreerag and Jose are just so helpful friendly and very welcoming, I would highly recommend this hotel, everything was just great, Thank you for making our stay excellent 🙏🙏

It is a very nice place. Quite near to Gokulam Grand and Beach.
