Visit the hotel but at your own risk. They are not providing any services, we have to call them again and again for room cleaning and you have to buy your own water here. They charge for water also. No emergency medical services provided. You got any trouble with your health you have to deal with your own. Interior of hotel is nice but service is not good enough for they are taking. Search for another hotel with good service and emergency services.

Wonderful Hotel located at prime location near Lonavala. If you are traveling for work or just to relax on a budget, this hotel is just the right place. I stayed here twice and everything was just as expected. So, everything has its own pros and cons. Pros: 1. Great location and budget-friendly. 2. Good room service and amenities including complimentary tea/coffee, wifi, intercom, etc. 3. Cooperative and helpful staff. 4. Bean bag also provided in rooms. 5. Premium room is front-facing the road and spacious. 6. Comfortable mattress, pillows, and quilt. 6. Sanitary fittings and bathrooms are good. 7. Quick room service on call. Cons: 1. Room floorings need to be different than the common corridor and of improved quality. 2. I would rate the door lock system security as 6 out of 10. 3. Dining area seems not that clean. There was stickiness on the tables. 4. Complimentary breakfast was not good but acceptable. 5. Satellite TV channels have all useless and borings channels. Should improve on this. Add cartoons and some related channels. 6. Ply and laminates on wooden furniture peel off. They should be replaced as they can hurt. 7. TV positions in superior rooms are not positioned properly. It hurts the neck and can cause pain. This should improve. It is better to eliminate the glass fixed window for the bathroom rather than put the tv unit on it and make the viewers uncomfortable. Advice: Please do not book any room from any of the third-party booking apps or websites. They show differently and give differently. The staff was so helpful and cooperative that they included our breakfast plan in the room tariff. Booking.com is not the right app. STOP USING IT. Book directly from the hotel number and get the best deal.

This hotel is now under new management, ABC Hospitality and is christenes as Hotel Planet Four. It is a budget hotel, and guess that speaks for itself. The rooms were fairly clean. Will post a detailed review under hotel planet four

Worst experience.. Food was average.. They mentioned that u can not order food from outside but if u order food from the hotel then u will get order after 2 hours 😤 we were booking for 10 guests but we received service only for 2. Parking lot was so congested. They don't even provide water to guest. After so many complaints we get water that also paid. We don't seen worst hotel like that. One star is also too much for this hotel.

Nice hotel and very good hospitality provided by staff. Food quality is also good and hygienic also. Nice n clean toilets. It's in main junction and at main road at Pune Mumbai old road. Rooms are species and comfortable also. Wifi service is also good but tv is not working properly all over its good experience.
