It's the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in my life. The exterior is good but once you step inside, you will get the shock of your life. The interior seems to be like a haunted house of the 60s. Cupboards full of dirt. Most of the lights and switches doesn't work. Toilet is leaking. Switches are broken. Room service is unfortunately not existant. Food----- Please stay away. The food is not only stale but super expensive. There's no manager at the hotel, so you can't complain.

Has been a wonderful experience staying in this hotel amid the exotic view of Shimla. The staff is very humble and maintain a high degree of respect for the customers. Food and services are at their best value for money. Would like to appreciate all the staff for the way they take care of the customers.

Resort is very far from Manali market. The structure looks very old. Food from hotel restaurant is average so you will have to look for options. Would suggest to check other resorts in sane price.
