Not providing drinking water, sops, towels, etc worst hotel I have seen in this city.... AC is not cooling and AC water is coming inside the room..... Hot water is not available.... I never suggest any one for this hotel.

Worst hotel I ever visited in my life. Room & toilet was very unclean.
No hot water & phone service available. Curtains & bed was very dirty due to that there was many mosquitoes. Whole night I was sleepless. Never expected this kind of service from brand like OYO.

One of the worst and dirty hotel in Nagpur. Checked in on 1st January 2020, had a horrible view inside rooms with torn and smelly bedsheets with oil spots everywhere. Then checked inside toilets were having no running water, hotel staff not cooperative and behaved rude, hotel owner also not cared about our problems ultimately we had to immediately checked out from this hotel on the same day. My worst experience with OYO bookings. Not advisable at all to stay here.

Nice location but everything else is poor. Room is filled with mosquitoes, and you can't control the air conditioning. The mattress is very hard and really bad to sleep on. The floor in the bathroom was really dirty and filled with ants. Really overpriced in comparison of what you get.
The day upon check out my body was scratching a lot. I got red spots everywhere on my body. Their really bad mattress has apparently been infested with bed bugs. That explains why I woke up so many times that night having to scratch my body.
I can really not recommend this hotel.

Day 0: Booking done for 3 days
Day 1: Checked in , Room condition not proper
Day 2: Booking AUTOMATICALLY gets cancelled & refund initiated. I called customer care. Customer care Re-Book Stay at same place with 30% more tariff for Day 2& 3. Day 1 needs to be paid in cash at hotel. Amount agreed 787. No option I had to agree as it was 10 PM in night
Day2: 11 PM: Hotel blackmails me about low tariff, forces me to talk OYO again. Oyo informs that they have adjusted tariff on their end.
Day3 Morning: Hotel charges me 1980 instead of 787/- as agreed for first day stay.
Day4: My plan extends: I was in hurry so decided to extend stay. Stay extended but no option to pay from OYO Cash lying in account.
Conclusion: Stay costed me 30% extra than initially advertised on the top of blackmail at 11 PM in night. Certainly OYO insider also involved Otherwise how booking gets cancelled automatically?
