It was a pleasant stay for us, the hospitality of the staff was very good, rooms were clean. The food available at the hotel is good. They provide hot water. The location is bit up but almost all auto drivers in Ooty knows the hotel with the name. Worth the money.

Really pleasant and clean rooms. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and generous with their time. Very nice place for holiday stay. They also have a wonderful breakfast and food is also very nice. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone..

I just only want to say the hotel was like a wow just love the corridors and everything only thing to operator is the room 105 is not in a well condition in which I stayed the bathroom shower was not to proceed hot water when needed the furniture was also not ok in the bathroom while the other bathroom were very nice with furniture but this 105 room was not l want the staff to replace the shower because when l on it the force of water was hurting the skin and to fix the room of 105 bathroom like room 101. Please, I stayed in from beyond the school nowadays only . Although the food was nice the sight view was wonderful 😊

We have visited Ooty months before but we really had a beautiful experience with everything. The staffs were very supportive and kind. They arranged each and everything for our parents 25th wedding anniversary in a quick manner and it was amazing. I would really suggest to have a stay. The hotel greeted us very well. The trip was memorable and was worth with the stay at this hotel.
