The place is really beautiful surrounded by snowcapped mountains. The staff is courteous and friendly. They treat guests so well. The food is also too good. Everything is good. Really impressed.

The room and service was really good. We had electric blankets to support our cold. A very good hospitality from the team. Bathrooms are not good. No 24hrs hot water which was an issue for my kids. Bathroom and it's cleanliness need to improve a lot.. The location is superb and you will enjoy the scenic beauty of Himalayas..

PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE NOT RECOMMENDED. Guys if you are planning a stay with family then just strongly avoid this hotel. The location is too far around 15 kms from pahalgam city centre. Rooms are very small,unhygienic and having foul smell. Unfriendly staff. I checked in and checked out in an hour because I was not able to spend my night over there in a pathetic room full of odd smell .and did not get my refund yet And yes I am posting negative reviews because yesss it was negative . I cannot post incorrect info just for the sake of your business. And yes MMT experience was pathetic. The entire trip I was cursing myself that I would have done proper research and could have booked the right hotels by myself. And one suggestion for you , pls have some grace . Making money is not the only thing . I think I should blame MMT who booked your hotel for me and most importantly it was a 3 star. Pls make sure of providing 3 star facilities or else stop pretending to be 3 star PATHETIC

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The location is nothing short of breathtaking. Nestled amidst the serene valleys of Pahalgam, the views from the hotel are postcard-perfect. I could wake up to the sight of mist-kissed mountains every morning, which was truly magical. The rooms were cozy and impeccably clean, offering all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings did not go unnoticed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff at The Loyal Residency went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They were always ready with helpful suggestions for local attractions and ensured every request was promptly attended to. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable.
