Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

The worst hotel staff ever!!!!!! Service was pathetic. The manager named Tony there has no sense of how to talk with customers. Too rude. Never ever go to this hotel. The attention is given only to foreigners here.Through the manager we had booked a cab for our travel there. First of all he assigned us a driver who had an injured eye and was able to only see with 1 eye. Our lives were straight in danger for 2 days. What ever we used to say to him, he always refused. Because of him we were unable to see many sightseeing places. On top of that he took so much money from us. He gave a quote of 13500 to us for 6 days. And on the 3rd day he said instead of 13500 it will be 20000. How pathetic! Please I request all of you , do not ever go here. You will be given the worst service you have ever received.

Positives: The hotel has a great view of tea estate and mountains. The rooms were kept pretty neat. Negatives: The service is the whole problem. The irony is the ‘Tea Harvester’ couldn’t make us a nice tea. We ordered it twice and it was below average. The staff (not everyone though) prioritised foreigners more. All in all, we were charged for 5 star for a mere 2 star experience.

We stayed here on our tour of Kerala, Amazing place fantastic friendly staff. The views from our top floor balcony were amazing. Hopefully we’ll return again someday.

Preference given to Direct booking customers for Good view rooms. Avoid online booking,Rate will be on higherside compare with Direct booking Not well organized and unprofessional. Iike normal Hotel..not having any star facilities or enough staff to service. Food is tasty but not much varieties or choice for breakfast and buffet is not available.

Excellent views of the tea garden which is part of the property and the mountains. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had first class amenities. The location is a little isolated which is the charm of this place. However it means you do not have much to do once you are inside the hotel after sunset. But if you like to be close to the sounds and sights of nature that doesn't matter. The approach to the hotel is a narrow road through tea gardens.
