It was a really nice stay, very helpful service staff. Allowed us early check-in without additional costs. They have tie ups with travel agencies so getting vehicles and moving around is really convenient. The rooms are also great, although there might be some seepage that needs some attention. The food is good, but is slightly price-y as compared to food outside. Similarly the vehicle rentals are also a bit expensive (~15-20% extra). But the quality is really good and it's very convenient overall. Overall, I would recommend getting this place, as it's really nicely placed and if you're planning on having a laid back time.

It’s a good stay when travelling with a large group or family. The food was good, there was adequate variety but there was no standout dish. The hotel is located in a remote place quite far from the highway, thus the atmosphere is very relaxing with no automobile noise. The rooms were standard and neat with adequate amenities, good mattresses and a balcony. The service and staff were a hit and miss throughout the 5 day stay. When we arrived to check in to the hotel, the rooms were not ready. The check in time was around 2 p.m. but we reached at around 4 p.m. and they still said we need few more minutes to get the rooms ready. We had to wait in the lobby after a tiring day of travel. When they eventually gave the rooms they were not proactive in taking our baggage to the rooms and after a long wait, we took them ourselves and no staff came to help us! They did help us when we had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night by booking us a taxi.

If going by make my trip, read this review completely. Stayed here for 3 nights, one and only good thing is delicious food that too within reasonable prices. There are 2 buildings A and B, both the buildings and their rooms smell musty and damped always. 2 Sealed water bottles should be provided in a room and extra should be given along with compulsory room cleaning daily. Here it is on request and that too you should remind them multiple times (pretty under staffed). Drinking water they provide also has damp odor and skip that if possible This is not a 4 star hotel as they are advertising. Trust me I've been to 4 star and 3 star hotels and I know the feel. This is atmost, a 1.5 star hotel, not even a 2 star. I don't know about other branches and management but the staff is polite and helps to make your stay comfortable in their limits. They are merely obeying orders. Far from the beach, hotels, bus stand and all, but they provide with scooty which is very decent when compared to others as they don't charge any down payments. Overall if you come to Goa and don't want to stay in the room then only consider this as an option.

We booked room after seeing photos of hotel from google and make my trip. Firstly, it is not an resort and it is simple hotel. It is not even 2 star hotel. Rooms were dirty. Smell so bad. No room services lift also smells so bad dont just book this hotel by viewing photos on google

Nice hotel with very good service. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was very good. Little far from action but is in a quite location. Rent bike and car easily available. Will suggest anyone looking for a good stay in Goa especially because of the super service they offered.
