Worst worst worst hotel at12:30 am we were there at hotel but there was no one to open the gate nor anyone was picking up the call...we honked for so long but ultimately we had to sleep in our cars in such a cold weather....so shameful thing to happen. We had 2 room booked in the name of Piyush Dixit but gates were not opened and we were not able to get in....tried calling ur Numbers but they were not reachable.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this resort. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to behave with customer. They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. No Geysers in Any room. They have some idiotic boiler System. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star. Please dont go alone. Not safe.

All services and good experience ln this hotel food is very tasty and rooms clean and defect free staff is very helpful and politely allover hotel

Nice location Good Vibes But Electricity is main problem in this resort. junior Staff Member Asim khan is Very Cooperative and good behaviour and Managers Behaviour is not sooo good

If you need peace you have to came this resort ..the food was very tasty and the staff is very humble, clean rooms .we enjoy the pool very well .you must visit this place
