Not a Good Experience!! Very unprofessional way to take booking and handle customer. Stay of 7 families with 8 rooms (2- nights) Starting from the booking experience to end of our stay every thing is Not up to the mark. We thought of booking the property directly through spree hotels and asked by spree to contact Ooty property number. Since it’s advanced group booking we expected some benefits to be given and finally got approval on whatsapp chat for Deluxe Garden Facing rooms against non garden facing tariff plan. At the time of check in we got 2 non garden facing rooms. When asked about this the answer was shocking, they told “Sorry, existing customer decided to extend their stay for a day thus no garden facing room available now, tomorrow we can make you to shift for Garden Facing rooms” We reached the property at late evening so no choice left with family and kids decided to check in. Next day we have a scheduled plan and continued with that, however from property side not a single word or courtesy to ask for what they promise regarding changing of 2 non garden facing rooms. We decided to leave this issue since garden facing view is not up to the mark and also shifting along with kids will loose our time. Continued our 2nd day stay and next day Morning at the time of check out we requested the Property Manager Mr Rubin to adjust our billing against those two non garden facing rooms tariff plans. Then he started checking the what’s app chat communication he did at time of booking. Took almost 1 hour and finally again the reply was very unexpected he say “ Rooms are booked for Non garden facing only just for good will gesture they have given few garden facing rooms”. If this is the case then they could have told at time of check in,. - worst experience. Very unprofessional behaviour. Not expected this kind of hospitality from @spree hotels.

I recently stayed in room 3007 and found the location excellent, offering a quiet setting with a small garden for sitting and children’s play. However, the room maintenance was lacking. The bed sheets appeared unwashed, with visible stains, and there were no towels in the washroom upon check-in. After two calls, I received old, off-white towels. On a positive note, hot water was consistently available, and the restaurant provided a great South Indian breakfast. Overall, my experience was pleasant except for hygiene issues.

The room was cozy & clean. The resort is located at a picturesque location - quite romantic to be honest. The food was great, better than what we ate outside in the town while sightseeing. Stayed for 3 nights & had most of our meals here. Overall, it was a good experience. Totally recommend it!

Rooms are good, Food is good. The Hotel is in a Good location. But people in reception are answer to call but not attend the job. food is good compare to outside. We had good 4 days and 3 nights in this Place. The restaurant staff take care of us well, We recommend the same for others also. My kind words to the Reception people, please be responsive.

Our accommodation at was nothing short of spectacular. The room was tastefully furnished, impeccably clean, and designed to maximize the surrounding natural beauty. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the cozy fireplace and large windows offering uninterrupted. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat amidst nature's splendid.
