Property Rules

The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

9. Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

10. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

I recently visited Lake Kalathil Resort and couldn't help but feel disappointed by the inconsistent and fluctuations in pricing in their boating services. The resort was charging prices for cold drinks and water bottles that exceeded the MRP was disappointing and unexpected.

Nestled amidst breathtaking natural surroundings, this resort offers a delightful stay and an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This is the right place to spend a day with family or your colleagues. We went there for a day outing with friends. Rooms are good; nevertheless, some maintenance needs to be done. Apart from this, it was an amazing experience that we enjoyed a lot. They have a good number of activities, especially the swimming pool, which they maintain very well. Overall, my experience at this resort was exceptional

Very well designed resort, with direct lake access. Very picturesque location. Pedal boating inside resort canal seems to be a popular activity. Food is decent. Good service. Great for day use or weekend stay.

What makes this resort even more special is its proximity to an original lake. The resort property is situated nearby, offering guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. To top it all off, the resort boasts its own houseboat, which is available for guests to use. This allows for a truly enchanting experience on the water, adding a touch of luxury and adventure to the stay. The customer service at the resort is commendable. The staff members are not only friendly and attentive, but they also demonstrate a high level of care towards guests. I personally witnessed a guard being extra protective when a child was riding a bicycle near the lake, ensuring their safety and well-being.
