Property Rules

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

The best espresso in India in our opinion. Along with amazing views of coconut trees, white sand beach and the sounds of the crashing waves of the Arabic sea. Aseem is an amazing host too! Thanks for everything

Initially I was planning to stay only for 2 days but I ended up staying for more than 10 days. I had such a good time with the guys from the homestay, they we‘re loving, caring and very helpful. I‘m very grateful that I was able to spend my last days here and will miss this place dearly. It felt like home away from home. I‘ll definitely be back!

I love this little house in front of the beach where it is nice to live and relax. You will feel at home very quickly with Asseem and Pradul taking care of everything. A place full of good vibes for people who love life, sharing, laughter, good music and animals. Clean with a kitchen is available.
