The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

A great place to visit , one of the best tourist spot in India . One has to take up boating here to connect with the nature . Kerala at its best. It is better to approach with known persons.

What an amazing experience. Negotiate as much as you can. It's a 3 hour ride, sea food is very costly, no idea why?

We absolutely loved the house boat and the staff. The services were excellent. And the view was beautiful too. Overall an amazing experience. The peace and serenity here was breathtaking

Excellent location and sightseeing full of greenery, must experience once in a lifetime, we can have a small trip for a few hours or also we can stay one night in the house boat. Everything (food and accommodation) arranged in the boat.
