The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

The hosts are welcoming and incredibly kind. Rooms are well maintained, clean and spacious. All amenities are provided. Bathrooms are clean. The aunty provided special breakfast for my kid. They always have a smile on their face. The home-stay location is perfect. All must visit places, restaurants are at walking distance.

Amazing room quality (deluxe room), very clean and spacious. Comfy bed and great shower. Nice family, good location. Overall just perfect!

Had a very pleasant stay at this place. The room was clean and cozy and all kinds of toiletries were provided. Host was very friendly and hospitable as well .Would recommend everyone to give this place a try if visiting Fort Kochi and is looking for a good homestay experience.
