Urban Valley is roughly 7 km away from Ravishankar Ashram. The place is not commercial like most other Resorts today they have few activities but limited resources we had to call them for activities. Informing people were not available the evening. Snack and tea was good. Lunch was average with no option for children. There is ample parking. The location on Google maps needs an update to the entry gate. Overall if you need a venue for a gathering This is a nice place with reasonable pricing. They have four docs on the unleash, however, very friendly and not harming

Nothing is good about this resort. Activities are very very bad not even a single rope activity is in working condition. The activities which are in operation will be of extra charges, Swimming pool was not at all clean, filled with mosquitos and leaves, The rain dance area - our bath room shower will be better than that, the water was spilling from 1 or 2 sprinklers, just 3 to 4 members can dance in the rain dance area and music system was far away from the rain dance area and we can't even hear the music. The management is the worst and are greedy of money. They treat us like thieves and they behave like police officers. we enter into resort for the peace and relaxation , but end up with anger , stress and frustration. Will take 1 more week to recover from it. Not at all worth for the money we pay. during enquiry they wont inform us about the extra charges, and even during choosing activities also they don't give us proper information, but while exiting the resort in the gate they will compel us to pay the extra charges for all the dummy activities which are not even worth for that money. No proper safety, no helpers for the games. No complementary games are in operation, The indoor games area was smelling badly due to dogs poop. Coming to food - no many options to choose and taste is average. Don't get fooled by the ad on their website. There are many good resorts in its vicinity to consider. Don't even think about this resort.

Last weekend my friends and I had visited Urban Valley Resort for a family outing. We were there for exactly 24 hrs and even though I have been to to all kinds of places, never have I ever had such a bad experience. To be fair, it was not all bad. So first, let me list down the positives: > The staff was very helpful and courteous. Rahul was there to cater to all our needs. However, the moment the big group arrived, they were all overwhelmed and were unable to manage. > The swimming was nice and big and the kids a a lot of fun there. > The kayaking experience was very good. Now for what did not go well: > As we arrived, the main gate was closed and there was no one to open the gate even after we honked. We actually thought that there must be some other entrance. When we realised tehre was no other entrance, we came back to the main gate and we had to get out of our vehicle and shout and call for someone to open the gate. > The rooms were nice and spacious but the overall appearance was very shabby. The sheets, even though washed, had stains and did not give the feeling of being clean. > The food was just about average and the selection was very limited. Although they did have an a-la-carte option which was good. > There property boasts of a lot of activities but the getting to do the activities is a bit difficult as there is no one around the activity spots to help you and you need to call the staff everytime you nrrd to do an activity. > The place had 4 big dogs which were not on leash. With 2 small kids, we were quite concerend about the dogs not being on leash. > Saving the worst for the last, both our vehicles have been scratched by the dogs a lot. We parked our vehicles there assuming it is safe and we were so wrong. Overall, the place has potential but with the current sate of upkeep and the current management, it is best to be avoided.

It was a very nice experience for our Team. The food was delicious. Our expectations were far exceeded. Their DJ new what to play. Like the playlist was too good. We had a lot of fun playing indoor and outdoor games. We got Day out package in Monsoon offer. Would like to visit this place again. Recommended

Its cool and amazing with all the activities provided Staff is friendly and supports you. Basically i would recommend the management to add chairs and benchs in some distance so we can relax. Else everything there was amazing Also must add... Those guard dogs are sooooo cute and friendly ❤️❤️
