Worst place to stay. The staffs are not at all responsive to customers issue Room service is bad. When we went there it was powercut and they don't have any power backup. Such pathetic experience. The bedsheets was no dirty and there was a foul smell in the room. Not even try to stay here. Better search for other one

The worst place to stay. They denied check early in the morning citing random reasons. Even after OYO customer care asked to allow us to stay we were denied check in. Finally let us stay in the same room after we booked directly with them. Even after that during check out they over charged us and refused to give back the id unless we paid. Please avoid. Save your money, time and peace of mind.

Avoid!!! There are many other good hotels in coimbatore with professional staff. Worst experience at this Oyo hotel. As soon as you try to check-in the staff tries to play tricks to get extra cash from you. Rooms are not clean, dirty towel is provided, no Oyo toiletries, Ac was not cooling/basically useless, Washroom was not well-maintained. And at first the staff tried to give a room which had no key, it will so stay open if you have to go out and they tried to convince that it is still safe and we don't have to worry about our luggage 😂. Ofcourse, we asked for a different room but even that was bad. Overall, I would recommend you to look for other known hotel because there are many good hotels in Coimbatore & such hotels just ruin your staying experience. P.s: Their cleaning staff are more professional than the ones managing this hotel. Cleaning staff didn't know English but they were very polite & helpful. Kudos to them.

i would like to say about OYO. their service are the worst, as i booked a room for a rate on oyo, but getting higher rate on enquiry in hotel, and I'm searching for rooms for 5 hours with my luggage in the city without even having my breakfast. hope any competitors like zomato for Swiggy anyone should come for OYO...!

The hotel staff denied check-in,said you have to cancel online booking as we don't know about OYO. Then demanded extra 10,000 Rupees on top of our booking amount. Oyo customer care refused to help initially and said we can only refund your booking amount by cancelling the booking, weren't even ready to shift booking to another hotel. we were 9 people stranded and sitting at the reception for hours on. Somewhat after 10-12 calls to OYO nothing worked, someone called us at 1 PM and said we can check-in, we again went to the property spending hundreds on cab fare and then again denied check-in, after the endless arguments with hotel staff he agreed to give us the room but denied for room service,we had to lift our luggages through staircases and bedsheets were too dirty, nothing was changed/replaced, no water given. It was an horrible experience, nightmare. All the good reviews written here are paid marketing reviews trust me, or otherwise call the hotel, we tried calling 27 times none responded and they acted as if they don't care who bloody are you? Hotel staff was totally abusive and agressive in behaviour. Never chose OYO and this HOTEL. Oyo wrote few apologies and this is how they have given us the resolution and nothing else.
