oh my goodness, such an exhausting and stressful place to be at. Location was just so not upto the mark as shown in the pictures, clearly AI generated. The food? they didnt even have the breakfast ready even at 8:40am in the morning, said their chef was late. Food was horrible anyways after it arrived. service was so bad, unresponsive employees and staff. Nothing in their hotel works. Basic equipment doesn’t work either. But the charges even for a little water bottle was over the hill.

The rooms were very excellent though little pricy but was worthful. Service was excellent but little backdown during complimentary breakfast. Cleanliness was great but swimming pool was extremely dirty. ACs were good but it was not centrally Ac causing hotness in gym and gamezone. There is no driver facility provided If driver facility provided the drivers could increase their amonut of customer throught the year.

They have a roof terrace with bar and grill that is permanently closed so there is no place to socialise. Alcohol can only be ordered to rooms and cannot be had at the restaurant. The staff try hard but clearly haven't had the right training as it appears to be chaotic. Ordering food to the room took three hours! The rooms are very nice and comfortable but the finishing is poor. TV does not connect to any channels. Kettle doesn't work unless you keep the finger on the button. Repairs are visible because a different shade of wall paint has been used afterwards. Staff need better training and management. It's in the middle of nowhere.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are big and standard in size and have all the necessities that you expect from the hotel. The buffet breakfast is awesome at the hotel and has an excellent spread. The staff is very friendly and the service is very prompt. The price in which I had booked the room was very nice. Plus the staff present at the hotel was really very helpful and courteous be it the housekeeping team or the security team they all were always up to the mark. The housekeeping incharge along with his team members were always ready to help and they always responded on time and kept the room very clean. Security person was also very nice and always welcomed us with a smile. Overall experience at the hotel was very nice and I would surely stay in this hotel again. This was my first visit to this hotel but I loved the overall experience.
