The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

6. Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

We stayed at this property for 2 days.. I would say one of the greatest property in Mount Abu to stay with family. Some points I would like to share 1) Property location is prime 2) Great services 3) Food quality is awesome. No need to go outside for food they have inside restaurant and the taste of food is so delicious 4) Room service also so good 5) Every staff member is having very polite nature and they treat guest so well 4) Highly recommended property

If you're looking for a place in Mount Abu a bit away from the centre, this is the best hotel I would recommend to anyone. The rooms were too clean and spacious. The Hotel staff was too co-operative, and they were at our service anytime of the day. The food was quite amazing, and exceeded our expectations.

The desk person was very impolite, he denied complimentary water bottle. The rooms were big but smelly and the bedding was also not good. Only 2 options in breakfast not at all good at this price. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location was very good.The staff was very polite and responsive to any needs.The food was amazing and rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. If you have a driver with you, there is no accommodation for him, 400 rupees for breakfast in the morning has to be paid separately for the driver
