The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Good Place to stay away from the crowded areas of Mount Abu. Rooms were good enough for three people to stay. Excellent service by the staff, very cooperative and responsive. Check out is at 9 am though that's a big deal breaker. Also too many insects in the rooms during evening hours as it is in a secluded portion of the mountain. No fridge in the room, no swimming pool and no insect killing machine. Given the price it is a very nice stay and someone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet stay can definitely choose this place.

The resort itself is a haven of comfort and relaxation. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean.The restaurant offered a wide array of delectable dishes, each prepared with great care and attention to detail.

The Mariott is the best place to stay in in Pune. The location makes it convenient for work related meetings, especially as most people are happy to come over. The breakfast buffet is worth a special mention, with smiling and efficient staff. And a big thanks to all staff for taking care of special requests! He is impressive!This place is almost magical! The service is on point! Aside from the hospitality within the hotel what stands out for me is the restaurant. Chef is also superb! Outstanding and memorable hospitality! The staff knew what we wanted even before requesting. Great attention to detail!

This place is a nightmare. We would not stay even if it is free!! - First off this place is 25 - 30 mins away from the main market and nakki lake. - The place is 100 - 150 meters off road and the place seems abandoned. - It is very difficult to reach the resort at night as there are no street lights and visibility is zero. Very risky on 2 wheelers. - The rooms were pathetic. The bathroom doesn't even have a mirror. No shower and there are leakages as well. They don't even provide basic sanitary kit i.e toothpaste and toothbrush. No hand towels. Also the bathroom towels were of 3rd class quality. It had stains on them. - The bed was of cheap quality as well. It made a lot of cracking noise even while sitting. - Our stay was a nightmare. There was a huge lizard in the bathroom which I assumed came from the cracked tiles. - The place seems highly unsafe if you are traveling with family or as a couple. Since there is no security guard and is located in the middle of the jungle. - We booked the room for approx 2.5K including taxes. But we felt we wasted our money instead we could spend more and booked a better place. - Please don't go on the photos. They are very deceiving. - Only good thing was that the Ac was functioning.

Super Deluxe Rooms but not looks like a super Deluxe only little bit room than ordinary couple room also food is not good taste wise. Not maintained the premises only staff service and behaviour is good. Far from Nakki Lake.. Customer care didnt help after room booked as self experienced
