Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Family! We recently stayed at this property with my wife and 2-year-old daughter, and I must say it was one of the best hospitality experiences we've had. Right from the entrance, the staff were incredibly helpful – assisting us at the gate, guiding us through check-in, helping with luggage, and even offering a refreshing welcome drink. The room had a beautiful valley view, and the entire stay was peaceful and relaxing. Dinner was delicious, and the next morning's breakfast was equally impressive with a good variety of options. A special note of appreciation for the staff who went out of their way to help with our daughter’s food and milk requirements – such care and attention truly stood out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay!

My recent two-day stay was an absolute delight due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. It was wonderful how they prepared special meals upon request, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and warm hospitality throughout my visit. They certainly know how to make guests feel valued and well-cared for.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. They charge ₹500 just for a room heater, which is surprising for a hotel that claims to be four-star. When I raised the concern, I was told it’s the hotel’s policy — something you definitely wouldn’t expect at a genuine 4-star property. The rooms are extremely small, to the point where there’s barely any space to move around comfortably. This really took away from the stay quality. On a positive note, the staff members were polite and did listen to my concerns, but unfortunately, the facilities and room conditions were nowhere close to the standard that they advertise. Wouldn’t recommend if you are expecting a premium stay.

We stayed there for a group trip. Hotel staff is very good ,polite and supported. They gave us extremely good service. Food was also tasty. But their sales team member ms. Deeksha is very unprofessional. Lier like fraudsters, she misbehaved at every point with us, at the other hand mr. Prashant treat us very professionally and provide us top notch service. But ms. Deeksha should not be a member of this top class hotel group. She makes herself rules even she harass the hotel staff if they behave polite and friendly to the guest. She is just ridiculous. She just almost spoiled our trip, but thanks to mr. Prashant to be professional and understanding, he saves our trip.
