Hotel rooms should provide a bathroom mat. There should also be a drinking water arrangement (like a water dispenser) for guests who need water immediately. Our room was given right next to the kitchen, and the spicy smell was there all the time.

The Mumbai house is lodge, not a hotel. This so-called 3-star hotel is nothing but a scam. I stayed here for 2 days on a business trip and it was an absolute nightmare. The so-called 'rooms' are just cheap wooden partitions with zero privacy. Bathrooms are filthy and cramped, beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Not a single basic amenity was provided—no soap, no welcome kit, not even a floor mat. The food is disgusting—oily, tasteless, overloaded with spice, and with hardly any choice. The reception staff are rude, arrogant, and keep you waiting endlessly for even the smallest request. The whole setup looks like a shady lodge where one floor has been chopped into wooden boxes and sold as hotel rooms. Calling this place a 3-star is a joke—it’s not even fit for a 0-star rating. Horrible, pathetic, and a complete waste of money.

Poor Experience – Not Recommended The hotel room and amenities are in extremely poor condition. Staff are completely untrained and show no concern for customer satisfaction. Please don’t be misled by the 4.2-star reviews—trust me, avoid booking this hotel. The property is very old and is being run without any proper maintenance. Definitely not worth the money.No window in room , no ventilation, washroom & showers are also in very bed condition.

food was good , front office staff is very nice including FOM Dominic for the helping in the staff ..... housekeeping staff like prasad, samruddhi, came fast as per calls .
