Had really great experience my room was upgraded to luxury suite. Tried there luxury suite and it was totally amazing staff was good and helpful too even as I have long car proper inside parking was provided to me. Had really great experience amazing hospitality do visit and surely ill visit again regarding office work

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of fresh and tasty options, making mornings delightful. A special mention to staff member chaitra for her warm and attentive service throughout our stay. she made us feel very well cared for. We would definitely love to return

Great stay n experience at Hotel Mumbai House. Stayed for a week here and everyday my room was cleaned and tidied by ever helping housekeeping team . Reception had friendly people, specially Sanchit, who gave me good advice on my queries about places in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai and outstation trips. The complimentary breakfast was always satiating with Chaitra's help. Found her to be very courteous and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful and value for money stay in Navi Mumbai.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling for work. From the moment I checked in, things felt off — the staff seemed disinterested, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bed linens looked like they hadn’t been properly changed, and the bathroom had a lingering odor that should have been addressed before any guest arrived. The worst part, however, was the dining experience. During my first breakfast at the hotel, I bit into my food and found a piece of aluminum foil inside it. This wasn’t a small piece either — it was large enough to be a choking hazard. When I called to report the issue, the response was shockingly dismissive. No apology, no refund, and certainly no urgency to correct the situation. For a hotel that advertises itself as “business-friendly,” the experience was anything but. Poor hygiene, apathetic service, and serious food safety issues make this place a hard no for any future stay. I strongly advise other travelers — especially those on business — to look elsewhere.

The hotel mumbai house is cozy from ambience and the resto food taste amazing specially breakfast and the Stewardess chaitra help me out. Overall happy guest
