I've got a bone to pick with your so-called valet service. I handed over my car, thinking it'd be in safe hands. Guess what? Your incompetent valet not only crashed it but also casually parked it on the road like it's no big deal. Now, here's the kicker – the damages are a whopping 7k, and your brilliant solution is a laughable 1,500 bucks. Are you kidding me? That's an insult. Your valet's joyride just cost me a small fortune, and your so-called compensation barely covers the tip of the iceberg. Let me be crystal clear: your valet service is a disaster, and your handling of this situation is a total joke. I demand a proper reimbursement for the mess your irresponsible crew created. Oh, and a little advice for anyone considering your hotel: steer clear, unless you're into dealing with a bunch of careless clowns. Fix this mess, or you can bet I'll make sure everyone hears about the nightmare I endured at your sorry excuse for a hotel.

Rooms are good and clean but basics are missing, like no tissue and hand towel in bathroom, dirty ceiling lights etc. But overall, I am satisfied with the stay. The addition of complimentary b/f, if provided, would have been a customer delight factor.

Poorly Managed Hotel and a Banquet hall! Only plus point for this venue is tasty food. Listing negative points, which are crucial in cultural events, 1. Total mismanagement in handling the room booking, promised room with banquet hall not given, and got this surprise just hour before the the event. 2. No supervision by hotel staff at event venue, poorly manned banquet hall leads to chaos at food counters. Staff plays hide and seek games, and you will have to struggle to find them at event. 3. Exorbitant price for the decoration. Very average decoration at the price. Definitely hotel staff is having a commission in the decoration charges, thats leading to cost saving efforts by decorator. 4. No wash rooms or handwash facility at banquet hall section, every time you will have to go to climb to lobby floor. 5. Poorly managed room service. And no discount at group bookings. Although at the time of booking,staff tells us rates will be high, but actually thats a false narrative. Hotel gives priority to their loyal corporate clients booking over the banquet hall related bookings. So expect last minute surprises of room cancellation or even poor room service.

Ok so i have stayed here for a long time so i feel i can give an honest opinion. Rooms are very old, switch boards,Ac have worn out. Food is repetitive in buffet,no variety Services are the worst of all. Pool and terrace is best of all.
