I stayed at the property. Overall I say it’s good,but, hotel could do better by clearing off the bird poo from pigeons on higher floor. Or at least install micro net to keep pigeons away. Otherwise no complaints

I had concerns regarding my booking and Yogesh Kedare from the operations department heared out to my issues and provided his excellent service for faster resolution. Room was clean but the essential things just like (we where on twin sharing basis) so towel was one, hand soap was one. Aside the room look to compact for 2 people staying. They Said that they have king size bed but the bed was not king size and aside two people can't properly sleep on it. They also not provide the coffee powder, tea making things, cattle in the room. When I asked Regarding this cattle and tea/coffee matterial they said that they don't have.They said that they will gave 2 non veg heavy breakfast in morning but they only gave boil egg. Aside in veg on day 1 they gave plain utapam with no onion or Masala and second day idili with the same batter. Aside the breakfast services was too slow that hot sambhar gets cold but they haven't made idili till then. It was pathetic experience. The only two thing the hotel has is proper cleaniness and the location where it is situated. Aside for cab and auto booking you have to come at Palm residency then only it take location else from bellow hotel or that area cab booking capture palm residency location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite impressed with the quality of the rooms. They were spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, I found the breakfast to be rather average. While there were a variety of options, the taste and presentation left something to be desired. Overall, the hotel offers great rooms but could improve the breakfast experience.
