Property Rules
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

Pathetic services, they don’t even provide amenities like drinking water, tissue roll, heaters, electric bed warmer, (unless asked for,3-4 times)
The staff from reception to housekeeping are greedy and just want to extort money. Not a place to stay when you want comfort for family. Highly disappointing.

Location - closest view of the lake one can get in a hotel. Polite and very helpful staff. Good food. Stayed for 3 days. Would suggest to take a lake view facing room. Room is spacious and has most of the amenities like tea/coffee kettle, fan, telephone, room service, cabinet, dressing table, room is carpeted. Nearby plenty eateries and shops.

Excellent stay during 21st to 25th Sept '23.
Location is very nice. Everyone is taking care just like Home.
Lobby was too good with architectural work spacious can easily seat more than 60 people at a time.
Food is alo very good.
Dal lake facing rooms are excelent.
Scenarios are wonderful. One Medicine shop is located at the front.
Entire Tour was organized by Zahid Sab , General Manager of Duke Hotel, six Month before we have booked the Duke Hotel& He has supported us just like a nice family friend. His contineous follow up was excellent. He is playing a nice role in the Duke Hotel for customer friendly as well as maintaining commitment without fail.
Every guest will be satisfied by his behavior & support during Entire tour , Arrangement of Car, other locational site visit guidance was awesome.
Zahid is an reliable & trusted person at Duke Hotel at Dal Lake, Sringar.
Hope once again visit Srinagar & will stay at Duke Hotel based on Hospitality.
Thanks to Zahid Sahab for our successful tour at Srinagar 1st time.
Overall beautiful place to stay safely & peacefully.
Some improvement initiatives identified for further improvement which will serve the guests. Hotel Admin was agreed for further better service will be provided.

My experience with this hotel was very bad , to be specific its was worst.
We stayed there for 3 days ,took 2 rooms for guests. Let me elaborate the experiences--
1. We didnot get hot water as both the gijars were out of service.
2. All the food was over priced. Normal milk tea was rs 70/- and quality was worst.
3. Room service was suspicious, it was not clear to us.. .. We lost one gold earring, and a full bag of food. And they didn't even bothered about it. How can a whole bag of food was thrown away by the employees?
The day we lost the earring they surprisingly cleaned just one of our rooms and left the other room uncleaned from where the ring was lost.
4. The lift was out of service now and then , it is dangerous for olderly persons .
5. Last but not the least, the account manager called us after 3 weeks of checking out , asking about clearance of payment which was already cleared at the moment of booking.
How irresponsible and unprofessional they are! They dont know the meaning of checkout I presume.
*I will suggest not to stay in this hotel for a flawless trip.*
