I really wish I could write a nicer review, but the hotel disappointed me on more than one level. It lacked enough hygiene and maintenance. Stains were found on carpets, bed sheets, sofas, and other upholstery. The furnishings and fixtures have aged poorly, and there is no upkeep. The restaurant area stank. Food is just about okay. The staff is courteous, which is the one positive aspect of an otherwise very low ranked hotel.

We stayed at Lemon Tree hotel at Srinagar during our recent vacation for two days. The breakfast buffet and dinner options were good for us. Rooms service was decent and space sufficient and clean. The only thing on downside worth mentioning is that I wished location was a bit better. The neighboring hotel had a wedding and it was quite noisy. But overall we had a good stay. And would recommend anyone looking for a clean place and good meal to stay in the heart of the city.

This property is a heritage bungalow converted to hotel. Room quality was average (compared to the price paid). Location and overall feel is good. But, their service is exemplary. Entire staff is very courteous. Food is particularly excellent. Chef Chakraveer Singh and his team had cooked delectable and sumptuous spread. Do try their dinner buffet without fail.

Booked lemon tree through package for 3 nights. Rooms are good. Location is good behind Inox. Rooms service is good. However not satisfied with restaurant service. Average food and poor unprofessional staff service at restaurant. When we ask for something other than buffet menu their response like sir time lagega. Didn't expect 4 star category hotel to respond like this as like we are sitting in some cheap dhabha. We had travelled with kid and so many times there was no milk no breads. We have to ask for spoons glasses etc. The price they are charging is not justified as rooms are average and restaurant service is poor.
