Stayed here for a short trip. The rooms are clean and have quick and good service. Have a general store outside hotel for daily items and a cloud kitchen 100m away that do the free delivery here. Parking is limited and max 2-3 cars can be parked but more then that drive to hotel is an issue You have to use service lane of Manduadi flyover and then move into another smaller lane to get there. There is a local dumping ground on the way as well which spoils your mood and to catch any cab you have to walk 200-300 to reach main crossing.

Rooms are good. Located in a very narrow lane where four wheelers couldn’t pass and is around dump yard with fowl smell. Even Local drivers find it difficult to drop you off at the hotel. 10-15 minutes ride to Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Also, No restaurant or room service for food, so have to rely on Outside food and no restaurants are available nearby. Do not recommend to others.

Great hospitality from Mr. Shahbuddin and Ms. Fiza! They accommodated our request of late breakfast and checkout on a very short notice. The biggest con of the hotel is its location, specially if you're driving. They do have parking place in the premises but the roads are quite narrow. Ths complementary breakfast is okayish and can be better. The rooms were small and washrooms missed basic ameneties however after requesting the hotel staff - they were provided.

Let's start with wats positive about this hotel. 1. Brand name - treebo has now acquired it so expect that services will improve 2. Rooms are good 3. Staff is very supportive Now the negatives 1. Location is biggest problem, hotel lies in a narrow lane, which is dirty and foul smell stops you every time you enter the lane to the hotel 2. No public conveyance available. You have to rely on costly autos who charge very high due to odd location 3. Breakfast is not good as expected from such a big brand. 4. No restuarant available in hotel hence you have to rely on outside food only. 5. Staff doesn't support to provide cabs and places to visit. You have search on your own So for me it's a "NO GO" till conditions become better..

Disappointing Stay at Treebo Raj Palace, Varanasi I recently spent two nights at Raj Palace and unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The hotel's breakfast quality was subpar, flies were all over there, sitting on fruits, breads, very unhygienic environment.The breakfast area was also understaffed, leading to long waits for tea or parathas. But the issues didn't stop there. The service was very much slow due to limited staff. I had to ask multiple times for any thing required in room. The room itself was comfortable for only 2 adults but they accept booking for 3 persons in that room. Extra mattress quality was not upto the mark, it was same quality which used in the marriage or by drivers during hotel stay.
