The worst hotel in jaipur. Did not expect it to be so bad. So unhygienic and smelly. Zero maintenance. Oldest building. Everything is broken. No geyser. Bad mattress. Small room. Dirty filthy floor carpet. Please don’t go even if there is a emergency still don’t go.

First of all, this hotel serves non-vegetarian food, which was not expected as there is a frame at the recepetion with Jain mantras. That was the key reason we booked it. The owners are not Jain. Had a really bad experience. I booked it for my parents and the rooms were horrible. There was no tap on the washbasin, the water was clogging. We changed the room and it still had cloggin issues. Not maintained at all. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice room and good hotel management, i had a problem in first room connected to the reception and they immediately allotted me new one

It is the worst hotel in terms of staff, amenities, room, floor, location. The manager and staff is very argumentative. They don't have any door locking system from inside ( not safe and privacy issues) in ALL rooms. Plus they don't give you key also quoting invalid and forced reasons that if you forget the key inside, they have to bear the cost of the breaking door. Hotel manager is very argumentative. Neither Goibibo nor you would get his contact number directly. (In case of any issue, both parties keep discussing the things on call and mediated by reception staff who don't know much) They have non refundable policy. They will keep argumenting with you and Goibibo. They wasted our 4.5 hrs. And we had to walk out lastly without any resolution. Hotel and Staff look suspicious all the time. DO NOT GO FOR IT. YOU WILL BE AT RISK.

If there was an option of rating them in minus, I would have opted that! Zero maintenance, worst rooms and to add to all the trauma their washrooms are terrible and stink. The mattress is bad, even the room stinks in the most unusual way possible!
