Worst Experience Ever
I checked in on 14-10-2023 with a previously confirmed booking. The staff at the reception was very cold in welcome and was not even interested in sharing the directions of the room. He told me that your room is on 2nd floor and go and search there for your room No.
The room was stinking and the bed sheet was dirty to say the least. After calling reception 3 times for changing bed sheets and waiting for about 30 minutes nobody came. Went to reception and saw the staff sitting and having chit chat. When I inquired about changing of my bed sheet one staff member reluctantly came with me and changed the sheet. And to make matters worst the earlier bed sheet was cleaner than the changed one
No drinking water in the room was available and one has to go to reception for that as on phone they just tell that we are coming and never come.
TV in my room was not having any channels and when I inquired about it they said they have committed about TV and not about channels . There is no recharge and if you want to see it we will give you our ID and you will have to recharge it. I complained about it to my online booking partner and they said give us 10 minutes and we will resolve the issue. But nobody cared even after 30-40minutes
I decided to check out and stay somewhere else. When went to reception, the single staff member there was lying down and didn't even bother to get up and asked me to keep the card on the table and go away.
Pathetic Pathetic Experience
Would not recommended any one to spoil your stay even if it comes on a cheaper rate. One star is only because there is no option for minus or zero

Worst hotel.
Staff does not take calls for any service.
There is no hot water in washrooms.
Tv doesn’t work.
If you ask for drinking water they will ask you to get it yourself .
Door locks not functional and washroom door doesn’t have the lock.
Lift is not functional so you have to go to any floor with your luggage by stairs only.
They are taking advance amount as after seeing their service no one will pay anything.

Worst experience. I would advise to PPL don't stay here reason I can give u point by point
1) AC was not working. When I asked they said " repair chal Raha hai will start" entire night it was not working.
2) TV entertainment: Recharge was not done when I asked he said " wo recharge Kiya nahi hai and possible nahi hai rate ke wajese"
3) Hot water : in morning hot water was not available when I asekd he replied " solar is not working"
4) food service was very slow.
5) main thing is that I experience some paranormal activity in the room.
Pl pl don't stay here ##bad experience

This hotel is absolutely terrible! I can't believe the way they treat their ex employees. I used to work at the front desk and i slaved away for over 14-15 hours every night during my shift, and even after giving them my notice, they still haven't paid me my salary and the hotel’s owner even said that to general manager as well as Dalip to pay the salary with the cash that comes in, but the general manager and dalip is incredibly irresponsible and intentionally harassed me. Every time I went to the hotel to collect my salary, he would just give me excuses. It's been 2 months now, salary has not been paid yet and Now when I am tired of making calls and going to the hotel I am posting this review because now I have no other option left. whenever I go they just say come after 2 days, come after a week. Together they have harassed me and now i’m done .
If you people become rich by keeping my and my friend's salary and you may become rich. but remember one thing, this is my curse to you that you will never be happy in life.

The hotel rooms and the hotel staff are not supporting. The hotel doesn't have basic amenities and you need to wait 10 minutes to get warm water. One of the rooms has a pillar adjacent to the bed, making it impossible to access one side of the bed
