Visited this popular restaurant a few days ago and it was a good experience. It has an ample amount of outdoor and indoor seats. They also have spacious parking facility. The food was especially fish was awesome. We had a German friend with us, he really enjoyed the fresh fish. Ambience - 3.5/5 Staff - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Food - 4/5 Music - 2/5 Toilets - 2/5 Overall - 4/5

Food and ambience is good but the service is extremely slow especially on weekends. I have visited here multiple times and on weekends I had to wait for 1-1.5 hours for the dishes to be served after placing the order. This is happened more than twice and its unacceptable to wait for so long. It just ruins the occassion. You should be adequately staffed to manage. Giving reasons of short staffing is not your customers lookout.

The restaurant services have become so bad. The food quality and quantity has become so bad. And the manager Jai Prakash is so rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. He doesn’t know how to talk and how to behave. The food took so long to come and they kept forgetting about our order. Food was so salty and fish was burnt and when we told them about it they didn’t even bother to exchange it. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The reputation of this place is gone to the gutters.

Regrettably, my recent stay at this establishment was far from satisfactory. The notion of hospitality appeared entirely absent, with the staff at the reception demonstrating a discourteous demeanor that made guests feel as though they were inconveniencing them. The archaic and time-consuming check-in process further added to the frustration, leaving a sense of inefficiency and disorganization. Evidently, the hotel seems to prioritize its restaurant over the needs of its lodging guests, leading to a palpable lack of attention and care directed towards those staying on the premises. Despite the rooms being of a reasonable size, the persistent issue of dampness and an unpleasant odor significantly marred the overall experience. The malfunctioning air conditioning add to the discomfort, especially during sweltering days. Inadequate ventilation only compounded the problem, making the living conditions less than desirable. Furthermore, the intermittent water supply at irregular intervals added an additional layer of inconvenience and dissatisfaction. The abrupt and persistent reminder for check-out, initiated well before the designated time, was both disruptive and disrespectful, displaying an unprecedented level of insensitivity from the hotel staff that was both disappointing and concerning. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to prospective guests unless they are willing to overlook these substantial drawbacks and compromises.

If you're looking for best sea food and appetizers then this place is must to visit in vasai. Vibe is quite fresh and breezy, ideal for big groups, family gathering or Sunday brunch.
