Will not recommend to anyone. This property is not managed at all. There are 3 rooms but no caretaker is there. Every time if anyone is going the person staying is supposed to close/open the door as no staff is there. Rajaiyaan/blankets have no cotton/very less in them and you can see them clearly. You will not like them to use. No RO/water system is there, you need to buy bislery or something from outside. As no staff so you will not get any tea snacks breakfast lunch or dinner. Best part is there is kitchen you can use it if you want to and cook your own if you are used to it which will cost you additionally 100/day and 100/day to maid if you don’t wash utensils yourself 🥹. Another good thing is Wi-Fi. You will get it with average good speed. Walls and room were not so clean. All visitors have made complain to oyo. No towel, shampoo, soap, tea bags nothing was provided. Worst kind of property and OYO should take immediate action so that visitors experience should not be like this. If properly managed then it could be a good option but unfortunately it is not. Don’t book this one. If you still want to book this then book at your own risk!🤞🏼

Booked this homestay for 2 days via Goibibo app, all prepaid. On reaching there was no board with oyo or fort resort written on it. After asking some guards we were able to reach the location only to be disappointed. The property was locked, there was no one to attend to. Their phone number wasn’t working. After waiting there for 45 minutes we called Goibibo which connected us to owner of property , who claimed the manager has gone to washroom, & to wait for 10 mins. 15 mins later we were still standing & waiting following which goibibo provided us with refund. So for this horrifying ordeal - 1\10 for this homestay. 9/10 for the support provided by Goibibo, who directed an entire team to our help. Location - It is located at a walking distance from picture palace (where the bus drops, don’t book bus to library bus stand Mussorie if you’re coming via bus). It is located inside the campus of Hotel Royal Orchid. Service - 0/10 Interior - can’t comment. But it’s a homestay with a common living room, so if you book one room, you might have to share living room with another family staying in another room. Don’t pay for this room in advance, don’t book this homestay altogether. Photo attached.

It's just a 3 bhk flat in a resort cum society. Water problem in bathroom. Common hall for 3 rooms. Which was offered while booking. Nice view from balcony but can't sit bcoz it's common for two rooms and completely glass covered. Need personal vehicle's to reach. Very nicely guarded by security guards of society. Nice offer if you want some budget friendly stay. Common kitchen available with utensils. You can Cook your own with an additional cost of 100 ( gas charges)

Sorry its not for me! Oyo customer care told us this is good hotel in cheap cost. We drove here all the way to musoori and when we came here what we found🤨...this room is combined with another one anyone can stay there. Whtt,😪 i lost my money!for booking. Obiois why i stay with any gyus#$@!! Ya if you are with family than its ok for U but all 3 rooms..... But really oyo cus. Care dont misguide others!
