I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Reasons: 1. The rooms are small. 2. I had not chair in my room. 3. The hotel staff without permission open the door even though they are well aware that you are in the room. 4. They show your room to other guests when you are not present in the room. They have spare keys. 5. Their is high chance that the room you originally booked will get changed. 6. They don't provide for basic toiletries. Not even a towel. If you complain about it they would say to collect the towel from reception. 7. There is no safety . Anyone can climb up the floors using lift. There is no front gate. And the current security guard is of no use. 8. They took away my AC remote and never returned it back. 9. They don't change the bed sheets and pillow covers. All of them are stained. 10. The geyser does not work. 11. They took away the dust bin and never returned it back.

The most horrible and irritable experience I have ever had in my last ten years. I have booked for three rooms for three nights two months prior with advance. I have reached the hotel on Day 1 midnight (for which full day payment was done) with my aged parents and child, but the owner gave our rooms to otherr party. When we argued with him, he don't tell us the reason and pushed us to cancel the booking. We have cancelled the booking and got the booking in other hotel but till today(one week after the incident) I have not get my advance amount back. The owner is very arrogant. Moreover, the rooms are extremely non spaceous.

Excellent Experience! Large Double Bedded Rooms With Comfy Bed And Neat Washroom With Hot and cold water walkable to INOX mall and RK beach and at an Airport Approach Point Best Plane View!

Walkable distance from beach road and reasonably priced. They need to improve a lot on simple amenities like having mirror in bathroom for shaving, clean doormats.

BEWARE ! the prices mentioned are for NON AC room and it is very suffocating to live in NON AC room. They will charge you 500 Rs per night to have AC on the spot. It was my first time to book a room from #MakeMyTrip and then get a NON AC room. Rooms are also very small, living in the NON AC room is worse than Railways Retiring room. Fresh air does not come inside. No proper windows for that. And humidity will keep you sweating the whole night.
