I’ve been using olive apartments since 2017 specifically 1208 dlr phase IV due to its location and I visit gurgaon for medical reasons . I stayed at 1208 on my last visit Feb 2025 and what a disappointment the property is old unmanned dirty The upkeep is so poor cutlery in the kitchen is old basin dirty n rusty bathroom facilities pathetic the property needs serious revamping it’s a shame for a prime location the owners are doing nothing the bedroom linen is old the towels are faded the rooms eel old n damp no homely feeling I am totally disappointed. Will never recommend 1208 to anyone Gurgaon has grown in terms of apartment style accommodation accommodation and for olive to stay afloat they’d better buck up as I just realized there are more better apartments to stay in Very bad experience for me Lost the class ones they use to have at 1208…. Well the best property to stay in Gurgaon, connecting to almost all locations and the location of this property is too good. Privacy at top. Service by Nasikul and team is the best. I can recommend everyone to stay here and have a peaceful time. Good work Olive stays.

A great place to spend a few days either for vacation or work. All amenities available, almost feels like a second home. The staff is very cooperative and handles all your requests. Special thanks to Nasikul Alam who handled our stay and ensured that we had nothing to complain about.
