I recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded all expectations. Immaculate rooms, luxurious amenities, and exceptional service made the visit unforgettable. The staff was attentive and welcoming, while the dining options were outstanding. Location was perfect for both business and leisure. The rooms were really nice, clean and spacious. We took one room for 3 people, and it was really well managed. The food was also great (we had breakfast here). Also the location being near all the party and high end areas of Gurgaon was just a great add.

Hotels, Dear all I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the deeply disappointing experience my family and I had during our 25th wedding anniversary celebration, which was hosted at your OPO Hotels property in Sector 28, Gurgaon. Our event was held with the understanding that your hotel would provide seamless support, yet several issues arose that completely fell short of basic hospitality standards: Anchor Delay & Unprofessionalism: We had clearly communicated that the event was to begin at 7:00 PM, yet the anchor—arranged through your event decorator "Suman"—arrived after only at 8:00 PM, causing a major disruption to our schedule. Rude Behavior & Mismanagement: After the event, when we visited the hotel for clarification, we were appalled by the rude and dismissive attitude of Suman, and surprisingly, your operations manager Mr. Shashi Mahajan appeared to support her behavior instead of addressing our legitimate concerns. Cake Mismanagement: We had a large 7kg cake, out of which approximately 4kg remained. We requested it be kept in the fridge for collection the next day. However, we were informed the next morning that the cake was thrown away due to a fridge malfunction. This was done without even informing or consulting us, which is completely unacceptable. When we requested CCTV footage or any clarification, none was provided. The entire experience left us with disappointment and frustration on what was supposed to be a very special and memorable day for our family. We expect an explanation for: Why our clear instructions regarding the event timing were ignored. Why our concerns were dismissed and we were treated unprofessionally by staff. Why the cake was discarded without permission and no attempt made to contact us. Why the hotel refused to provide transparency regarding the incident (e.g., CCTV footage or internal report). Your third party vendor Ms Suman and his coulouge threatened me and my wife and very bad behave of your staff and manager Mr Shashi And they said that you should go away otherwise you will face a very bad situation We request a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Please escalate this complaint to the appropriate senior authority. I look forward to hearing from you within 5 business days with a response and action plan. I recently stayed in a Superior King Room for 12 hours. While the hotel's exterior and room design are indeed luxurious, the overall service fell significantly short of my expectations. For the premium price charged, it's surprising and disappointing that basic necessities like toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and other essentials were completely missing from the room. The two small bottles of shampoo and body wash that were provided seemed like used ones, which was not only unhygienic but also raised serious concerns about the hotel's housekeeping standards. The issues didn't stop there. When I tried to close the door with my access card, it didn't work properly, and the room boy's response was unconvincing. To make matters worse, the staff behavior during breakfast was harsh and unfriendly. I was particularly looking forward to the complimentary breakfast, but the experience was marred by empty food stalls and rude responses from the servants. When I politely asked about the poori stall being empty, the servant curtly said "over" despite them refilling the stall shortly after. Overall, it's clear that the hotel has invested in creating a luxurious ambiance, but they seem to have fallen short in terms of providing basic amenities and ensuring good customer service. To justify the high room rates, the hotel needs to step up its service game significantly, especially in providing basic necessities and training its staff to be more customer-friendly.
