Posting this so others don’t suffer like I did This place is a joke! They show king studio with balcony in the listing. But once you check-in they give a hostel type room with no balcony no studio living space nothing. They have wirings that are not properly insulated. I suffered a bad shock luckily survived. When called for help they come 15 mins later casually and don’t even check on you. I order food at 9:30pm. I waited till 11pm just to know that they have forgotten the order and kitchen is closed. I call the hotel manager and he says this is how we operate check out right away if you want to. Also gives you a piece of advice to be careful while booking my hotels next time and not book here any more. I talk to the general manager to get not solution but only a comment that whatever support I want I should talk to only make my trip as they got their booking only from them. It’s stupid place with no respect or professionalism to do a hospitality business. I regret having booked here for a week long stay.

My state here was so amazing and welcoming. The workers here are so hospitable and caring. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. I am happy to recommend other people I know coming to India to choose this hotel.

The facility is good. Attention should be given to the following areas: 1. Residents need to be oriented on how to operate the SMART TV 2. Wi-Fi services in the room need improvement

I stayed at flxho horizon for a week and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The staff is very kind and always helped if needed. The location is perfect and in the midpoint of Gurgaon .
