The place is located on the main road and close to the metro so it was really easy to travel. Safe vehicle parking was a plus. The room i got had a few issues with ac after a few hours of check in but the staff was very co opertive and immediately changed my room. Rest everything is good with the place. Suggestion : add a couple of white lights in the rooms if possible 😅✌🏻 cheers !

Rooms are good but expected to be cleaned on the first call itself. Service was good as per demand especially food. Location is kinda chill not too busy area. But not much to go out and roam in the night time.

Room needs to be more clean and more lighting is required. Bathroom fittings needs to be repaired and some hangers in cupboard is much required. Location is nearby chattrspur mandir..but at this price there is several other accommodation options. Average experience.

Horrible. Just don't go by the review quantity. This place is really horrible. They let me check in and pay at the counter without informing me that there is no water in the entire hotel. On repetitive inquiry they inform back that someone broke the water pipelines in their roof? I mean who does that in this big property I had to change rooms due to the non-functional and damaged ACs. I checked almost 3 rooms for a change and in almost 3 there were some issues. Either the ACs are broken or toilet seats are damaged. Moreover the Qotel helpline didn't respond with any help after the complaint. To be honest a railway retiring room is a better place than this.

I changed 4 rooms in same hotel yet the 4th room also had issue.. hence I changed the hotel for my 7 days of stay.. Every room has some or the other issue either Ac or taps not working, door handle broken .. it seemed as if they don't even change bed sheets... Staffs are highly uncooperative when it come to service. Worst hotel I ever came across in my life. Even the hotels that look old have basic amenities functional but this hotel looks good from outside but poorly maintained infrastructure within the rooms
