Very disappointing experience. I checked in at around 8:00 am because I only needed the room to shower and rest for a while before continuing my journey. I paid the full room rate, but the staff never told me that the booking would end at 12:00 pm. Only after I had already checked in and paid was I informed that if I wanted to stay beyond 12:00 pm, I would have to pay an extra charge. This should have been explained before taking my payment. The lack of transparency and clear communication left me feeling misled. I don’t mind following hotel policies or paying extra if necessary, but guests should be informed of all important conditions before they pay and check in. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

Overall, great stay and my thanks to Nithin for his hospitality. Pros: 1. Finding the hotel was very easy. This hotel is centrally located in Lajpat nagar near the Croma showroom in the service road running parallel to ring road. 2. Spacious rooms with table, sofa, TV, Heater. You have enough plug points to charge your devices. 3. Dinner / Breakfast were very good and affordable. Good options is the menu 4. Lajpat Nagar metro station and market are very nearby. 5. Hotel staff were kind and courteous including security chacha with a moustache 🙂 6. They have a spacious restroom in the ground floor which can be used to changing/refreshing, if you are planning to leave your big luggages in the hotel post checkout. Cons: 1. Lift available but still only go upto 4th floor, where breakfast is served. Maybe a bit tough for seniors 2. Centralised AC is available, however it was not working. I didn’t require an AC, since the weather in Delhi was cold during the time I went. 3. The property is a bit old , hence you might feel the old smell (if you know what I mean), however it was not there too much.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hari’s Court, and it was a highly disappointing experience, entirely due to the front desk management. Terrible Customer Service: The receptionist’s behavior was incredibly rude, hostile, and completely unsupportive. There is a total lack of basic hospitality here. Hidden Charges & Overcharging: They demanded extra money beyond the agreed-upon price. Zero Transparency: The management has zero communication transparency. They hide terms, change rules on the spot, and cannot give straight answers about their pricing. A hotel relies on trust and good service, but this place has neither. Save your money and peace of mind—stay somewhere else where guests are actually treated with respect.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed at in Delhi. The rooms are old, unkempt and reek of over-use. Old bathrooms, toilet seat and shower fittings. An absolute waste of money. The front desk does not care and chuck so much attitude as if we should be thankful for letting us stay with them. The linen wasn't clean. The pillow was horrible, I couldn't sleep at night. There are no functional ACs or any decent heating. Their sofas were so dirty and filthy. We stayed in 203 and I felt like for the amount we paid, this was daylight robbery. Absolute disappointment and what a disgusting experience.
