I went to this hotel after browsing and seeing customer rating but didn't expect the same... Pros : It's good hotel located in small narrow street 70mtr from Main road. Cons : AC, Geyser & TV was not working inspite of several calls and breakfast timings are bit late... Service needs more improvement

If anyone is planning to book a room in staybook hotel jai balaji, I highly recommend that you don’t go there. That hotel is just disgusting with cockroaches all around, including the beds and hair on the bed. We booked a quadruple room but it was a very small room and they charged us 2000 rupees which was not worth it at all especially since it lacked all basic amenities. Customer service is just soo bad. We complained multiple times regarding the flush which was not working and water spilling out in the washroom but no one bothered to come and check it out. We had to literally adjust that one night, only because we didn’t have another choice. Such a disappointing experience.

I am so happy I only booked it for one night! Overall quite a bad experience: 1. The rooms look nothing like the pictures you see online. They are very small and lack basic amenities. 2. There were holes in the bed sheets. 3. The bathroom was barely operational! 4. The hotel manager took my phone to confirm my reservation and he rated with 5 stars the hotel without telling me!! I feel that this is why it looks like it has good reviews! Unacceptable!! 5. They only accept cash. And they advertise their hotel as a 3-star hotel! This is a joke!

Absolute waste of money and cheaters. They asked for my booking id while checking out and rated my stay by themselves. Their rooms are shabby and dirty. No basic hygiene. No services. They don't even have a tray to serve tea. Wifi doesn't work, no water in the bathroom, tv doesn't work, AC goes off by itself and you can hear all sorts of sounds from all other rooms. And they would force you to make payment before you reach hotel under the pretext of unavailability of rooms.

The stay was good except that the AC is controlled by the reception hence had to call them again and again to turn it on. Definitely the pictures are deceiving as they give a look of a bigger room, whereas the rooms actually are really small. It’s low on hygiene, though. However, the staff is friendly and helpful in every sort.
