Reception and the room service is good especially the front office staff Yadav.. Nice location with access to public transport, metro station and market place. Breakfast could be improved. They arranged shower hot water on special request. Overall, worth for the price.

This is a mediocre property with shabby rooms and Dim lighting. Wasn't a very pleasant stay and the service was lethargic as well. The rooms were clean though

They are unable to provide room heater. Also complementary breakfast is limited to a single dish, that too not before 8:30 AM. The staff is not polite to the guests

Terrible experience at this hotel!!! The linen was extremely dirty. There were visible lipstick and God knows what stain on the duvet. They didn't even have a telephone in the room. Neither did they give us the mandatory water bottle. Please don't waste your money and time at this place. It's absolutely not worth it. In some rooms, the AC is not working, in the others, there's some faulty switch. The pillows were so dirty and yellowish like they haven't been washed in ages.

The staff was not helpful. There were problems with the door lock. I locked myself out of the room and staff could not find a way easily to resolve it at night and were reluctant to provide another room to sleep until the room is unlocked . Food was okish. I had a upfront discussion to have a visitor for few hours who was not going to stay and they were okay with it, despite that upon the arrival of visitor they charged extra money. It was not worth it. I do not recommend it.
