I got confirmation of 2 rooms from SATISH sir on call & mail, but when I reached there no rooms available and after arguing an hour we got 1room with family of 9 person and by the end of the day when we called him, he turned off from his words that we have booked 2 rooms and behaved very rudely. Also we were threatened by Satish to pay rent for two rooms while we used only 1room. So, I would recommend all of you not book this hotel for stay in Delhi. Also, I have all the proof along with the call recordings. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Ekdum bakwas, manager ko baat krne ki bhi tameej h ,, bathroom are not clean ,food is very costly , even they sont have cattle for warm water ,if u want then u have to told them to being hot water ,its a room of 500,600rs .they are taking too much amount for their bad services

If you are a girl don't stay there please ,its a security threat,there rooms are not as good as they described in oyo rating ! i am inside bathroom and that guy on reception came to my room !i am in bathroom so i dnt heard them Knocking and they enter in room through their duplicate lock!as i ve locked my bathroom he knock my bathroom and say come outside i ask them why and they told me what should i bring to eat maam in a suspicious way!and i shouted loud then he went from there i am so frightened that after that i leave that hotel,during checkout also in reception that receptionist is staring at my body in a dirty way!oh god i feel so uncomfortable and i shift to another hotel!i loss my money ,i loos my sense and i got anxiety during my stay there,i repeat you if you are a single women please please do not go there

mediocre and intolerable reception, no sense of commitment! Reservations within this establishment have no value and they will not hesitate to kick you out at 10 p.m. without solution (or a room 10 times more expensive!) if they have already rented the room to someone else. ' other ! Unacceptable, avoid!
