Disappointing experience with check in. As many others stated, demanded extra money up on arrival and when asked no proper reason provided and almost denied check-in, later suggesting other hotels near by wherr few are even worse than this. If possible avoid it entirely as there are many many hotels around the proximity or call them directly and book so that you will get at least better price and confirmed room

When you book the hotel, it may initially show great deals. However, upon checking into the hotel, they may inform you that you have reserved a Non-AC Room and that you need to pay an additional amount, which is double the price of the deal you paid for. This additional cost is not mentioned anywhere on the website. This experience was the worst, and the reception staff were also unhelpful.

I had the worst experience on my visit…
I had to struggle a lot to find the hotel at late night as they didn’t receive my phone on arrival. When I reached hotel they fraud me saying you have the non ac booking, and electricity problem on the room. Also they shift me in another hotel at late night on high price. Their tie up with OYO is also fraud, they give you lots of trouble on the deal. Technically the hotel is fraud. I strictly suggest all not to choose this hotel. It will messed up your travel.

Receptionist person take 3000 for 1 night and in my bills they mentioned only 2200 rs .. they asked me more money 🤬 ... it's just for... worst hotel..

Management, hotel staff are very friendly and well behaved.
Rooms are neat and clean and if you need something for the services includes food items and room facilities you can call at reception for immediate solution.
