Trust me when I say this. It’s definitely not worth the money. To start off all the 5 star rating in Google and other travel websites like MAKEMYTRIP are added by their staff themselves. As soon as we checkout they first take our phones and write reviews for themselves. The most important beeakoof is the pictures on the travel websites… it looks brand new but the reality is far far worse the hotel is old and nothing like the pictures. Probably 20 percent match to the pictures. Second….the location is pathetic. Third… hotel staff milk you for money at every opportunity. Fourth.. amenities are not good. Bed is bad and you won’t get hot water even in the morning. Overall you get better rooms at the same price range. Book this only if you wanna waste money.

Extremely courteous staff. Very attentive to the guests. Communication is consistent and they ensure that you are well informed about your stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good. Very well connected to Old Delhi. Value for money!

I had stayed in the hotel. I had a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean, neat and beds were nice. The management of the hotel was nice. They arranged food, car etc for us on time..

Absolutely horrendous stay here. I rarely ever leave good or bad reviews but this place was bad enough that I have to leave a review. We ordered our complimentary breakfast and were told that it would be 30 minutes which was inconvenient but we managed to move around our plans and let our driver know it would be extra time. First red flag: took an hour to get to the room and only arrived because i called three times and complained which they then tried to blame on me for giving them the wrong room number which i then double checked and i did give them the correct room. THEN there was bugs in our food when I let them know a guy came up and took out the bug and crushed it up and claimed it was just a little burnt peice of cereal?? Then to reorder food he said it would be another 30 minutes. Multiple other instances of super rude room service I was literally hung up on three times and my sister was hung up on twice. Unclean bathrooms and the seats had so much dust on it. I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone else I could let everything slide if we received even adequate service but they were so incredibly irresponsive, rude, and just did not care at all about our stay and experience.

The absolute worst hotel you could stay!! Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website! You get a room which is unlike any of the pictures on site and after arguing to get changed to so called ‘better’ room but worse with barking dogs all through the night. The toilets are smelly and disgusting with dysfunctional amenities kept for namesake. Which hotel, requires you to call the reception to switch on hot water an hour earlier, which doesn’t even last that long! Location is interior and VERY unhygienic roads with faeces everywhere!! No refunds are given and you know why!! Bunch of scammers!!!
