I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. I was impressed by the range of amenities available, from the modern fitness center to the relaxing spa. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The on-site restaurant served delicious and diverse cuisine, catering to various tastes. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel for another memorable experience.

Location of the hotel is great. The rooms are spacious but not cleaned thoroughly. They do not provide water bottle at check in so please carry. If you are choosing for breakfast remember it's not buffet. You have to choose from the two option they are providing.

most 3rd class hotel and 3rd class service.. they don't khow how to treat and how to talk to customers. They are not professional. lock of the door was worst, bathrooms door was worst, small room, set-up box was missing,they don't provide door mat and room cleaning service. Also AC was not work properly. We call many time for door mat, set-up box, Ac, room cleaning but they don't even respons .very bad experience.. will never ever stay again..

Rooms are good, TV does not work, corridors are dirty with full of used linens and food plates, and staff does not care. When you request an invoice, they will put you off saying we'll send it later over WhatsApp as the system is not working and you'll never receive it.

Not good place to stay. Rooms were average. Amenities were not good at all. Lift doesn't work and they keep on repeating it just went out of service today but i read the reviews that this issue they are facing from quite a long time and they are not interested at all in repairing or replacing the lift. Rooms should be more cleaner. They are not maintaining the rooms as well as their services.
