Service is very bad, they charge higher than online price, they don’t even care about customers, hotel management and hotel cab is like money bugs. They eat ur money. Cab person charged around 4500 just to pick, drop to airport and he dropped one place it was 10km from hotel.

When we arrived, the hotel said they did not have the room available that we had reserved. They offered us another room and a discount, but the available room was of poor quality and next to a loud thoroughfare.

It's not a Boutique Hotels it was more like Home rooms used as hotel. We Checked in early morning and we were tired. So we told them to that we Provide I'd later along with payment and we Are sleeping and suddenly Person showed Up with a QR code 😂 and Told Us to pay Right Now. It's hilarious and Awkward too because It's a new experience for me. So they Provide Great Service like Come to room for payment and I'd even you told them that you will provide it later and they will agree and sent someone for payment and I'd 😂
