The photos of the room displayed on the website are fake. When I made the reservation on the hotel's website they provided me with the check in time 10 am. I reached the hotel at 10:30 am and they told me that the room will be allotted at 12 pm. After that one family came and they allotted the room to them and made me sit for 45 mins. After this they allotted me the room on the ground floor and the condition of the room was not good. There was no window in the room, the lights were not working properly, the furniture was old and broken, the bathroom door was not closing, bathroom partition was shaking, no hot water supply for 24 hours, charging points were fluctuating, food was worst and many more..... and still they charged around ₹5500 to me without breakfast. Please don't book this hotel.

What a beautiful hotel to stay!✨️ I must say it's a soothing place. The hotel location is quiet good. If I talk about room, the room was perfect for two people. The square area of the room is also fine. The room was very neat and clean, it gave me the positive vibes. I felt really good.😊 The hotel staff were truly helpful in nature. If you'll need anything they'll try there best to make your job complete.✌️ Now coming to meal, after seeing the room and staff behavior I wasn't surprised about the meal!🤭 The deliciousness of the food was at next level.😋 I'll give 10 out of 10 for the purity and freshness of the food, specially the breakfast. [TIP: If you're booking this hotel room, you should definitely include breakfast for your benefits.😉] I had great experience in this hotel. For laundry service they have to improve a little bit and the cost of accommodation is slightly high. It would be great if they pay attention to these issues. And rest everything is excellent. Good location. Run down facilities: mildew scented towels, old mattresses, no windows in rooms. But the worst part is that SMOKING is allowed. I made a complaint two nights in a row about tobacco smell and people smoking. It went to deaf ears. I later asked if they allowed smoking and they said “YES, people can smoke in their rooms”. The main problem was the lack of transparency and honesty in their part. They changed our room our last night to a different floor and although there was no smoke smell, there was a strong mildew/mold smell on the third floor.

The services are excellent, especially the front desk lady who is very helpful and nice. However, there are issues with hot water availability; most of the time, it was not accessible. One of the significant advantages is the location, but apart from that, the price is expensive considering what you receive.
