Hotel looks good from outside. Looks great inside. But the rooms will steal all your happiness. They should understand they are into hospitality business. You have to wait while your room being prepared even if it is a pre-booking.

Very bad experience
Manager behaves very badly with their customers
They did not allow me to check in the hotel because i paid the amount with the oyo app.
They refused to give me check in
I called oyo for help but they didn't do anything to help me. I experienced the worst experience in the oyo regarding to this hotel.
Please don't book this hotel if you don't want any trouble. You gonna regeret booking this hotel via oyo . Please take my review very seriously. I hope nobody will face this type of issue.

Rude & arrogant manager at the counter. Pillow covers were not changed & i saw small hair on pillow. Not a single towel was provided in my room. Other basic facilities were also provided at request only.

The stay was comfortable. Room was more spacious. Food is also good but I personally recommend to take your food from restaurant. They will bring the ordered food even in your room. So many famous restaurent is nearby this hotel. So many tourist place is at walking distance.

Wish I had the option of rating it in negative. Most Torturous stay I ever had in my life at Oyo. To begin with the manager at the reception Mr Shrikant was rude, arrogant and the most mannerless person I have ever met from the hospitality industry. Firstly he kept on insisting us to make the booking directly through the hotel and not Oyo app and pay him in cash. When we didn't agree to that he was extremely arrogant and agitated. At the time of check-in, he made such a ruckus and problem. We had booked through Oyo and the booking was confirmed. But due to the network booking id was not working in his tab. He made us wait for half an hour at 2 in the morning at the reception which was unnecessary. He could have put in the booking id himself later on and could have provided us with the check-in as the booking was already confirmed on the Oyo app even after showing him the confirmation mail from Oyo and sharing booking id, he didn't co-operate. In fact, he was pretending as if he was doing us a favour honouring our booking. Then comes the room which was not up to the mark as shown in the pictures. Double beds had two different mattresses with huge gap in between them also no dental kit was provided. The major issue happened at the time of check out. The manager this time crossed all boundaries and limits which was a literally a threatening experience. So he knowingly to trouble us further made us wait at the time of check-out and said I won't allow you to leave till the time I don't check the room as if we were their to steal things from the room. This was pretty insulting and I have never experienced such an incident ever in my previous stays with Oyo. After that when I got back to the manager as he had crossed all his boundaries till this time and tested our patience to the core. He snapped back at us by threatening us by trying to call someone maybe goons. He started shouting and saying "YE HOTEL TUM JAISE 1000-1500 RS WALE LOGO KE LIE HI HAI, IF YOU HAVE SO MUCH PROBLEM STAY IN A BETTER HOTEL" This was literally insulting, disrespectful and utter nonsense. Never seen such a mentally sick and frustrated person in the hospitality industry. It was so demeaning. I would really suggest Oyo to take action against such uneducated people and hire little more professional people. Kindly please look into this concern very seriously.
