This lemon tree by far the worst i have ever seen and stayed in, in entire India. The staff at reception in the morning was too arrogant and not a polite guy. The staff serving breakfast buffet have given glass with stain marks, then changed two times with similar glass and told that these only they have. The food quality was below average. The rooms were dirty like hell during checkin. The room size was too small even their Red Fox chain doesn’t have rooms like these. The towels were not washed properly. The linen was itchy. Overall stay was very uncomfortable. I wont recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast buffet was quite impressive with a variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the front desk team who made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The hotel also maintained high standards of hygiene and safety, which made me feel secure during my stay. The location is very convenient with easy access to nearby markets and public transport. Overall, it was a very satisfying and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend Lemon Tree Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place for business or personal travel.

Lemon Tree Hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff were polite and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the location is very convenient for both business and leisure. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay! Specially Mr. Alok was my favourite and his behaviour was very kind and professional.

Hospitality is very good and staffs are so humble and helpful. Such a wonderful experience as i stayed for more than 3 weeks they provided me all the facilities. If i talk about their rooms they are so attractive and full of facilities like TV, fridge, dryer etc. Food quality is too good and we can enjoy our meal with our families in cafeteria which looks so good. 10/10 from my side for lemon tree please visit here as it worth your money.

There's a Hindi proverb that goes, "Naam bade aur darshan chhote," which perfectly sums up my experience with this place. The approach road is in poor condition, and the rooms didn’t meet expectations either. Despite being informed by the staff that it’s a smoke-free property, my room had a strong smell of cigarettes and visible ash in the bathroom shelves. Mosquitoes were a major issue — I had a tough time sleeping on the first night. The air conditioning was also quite ineffective; even after setting it to 18°C, it felt more like 27–28°C throughout. It seems like this is becoming a common issue across many hotels nowadays. The bathroom was in bad shape too — the shower doors wouldn’t close properly, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the cupboards. Overall hygiene was far from satisfactory. The breakfast spread was just average. There weren’t many non-veg options, and only minor changes were seen in the veg dishes. That said, the taste was decent. Food choices in general were limited and on the pricier side. The only positive I can highlight is the courteous and helpful behavior of the staff.
